What is an EICR and when do I need one?

An Electrical Installation Condition Report is a formal inspection and test of a fixed electrical installation. It records the condition of the installation and any remedial work required. Duty holders and landlords generally require them at defined intervals.

Can you carry out work in an occupied building?

Yes. Commercial, education and care environments regularly require phased works, out-of-hours access or short shutdown windows. This is agreed as part of the programme before work begins.

Do you install smart home systems?

Yes. MPG designs and installs Loxone-based systems covering lighting, climate, shading, security, access, audio and energy.

Can you upgrade lighting to reduce energy use?

Yes. LED upgrades, lighting controls and energy monitoring are part of the standard offering. Any expected saving is set out following a site survey rather than quoted generically.

How do I get a quotation?
